If you are taking vitamin d3 (and you should for your immune system, heart health, mood, bone health, weight control) you need to take vitamin K2. Vitamin D increases calcium absorption, and vitamin k2 directs the calcium where it should go (without causing problems). I'm a retired pharmacist who plays competitive pickleball 5 days a week. I was having knee pain which began to limit my play time. I started taking this product and after about 2 months my knee pain was relieved to the point that I can play 7 daysa week. There are many studies which indicate there are reasons to mistrust the quality of supplement products, I have grown to trust this brand through my experience.
