The machine actually works
When we got it we were a little leary of it. But the machine worked and she used it about a month and now her knee doesn’t hurt. Just wished the battery lasted longer. But it was in constant use.

The device shuts off after seven minutes, even though fully charged with a timer set to 25 minutes
I am so disappointed in this product. I did order the protection plan on it but it’s brand new and on the first day I tried to use it and it shut off after three minutes the first time, then I tried it later that day, thinking that it might just be a charging issue And it shut off after seven minutes. Today is the third time that I’ve tried to use it and it shut off after 10 minutes of use. It looks like a brand new item from the package, so I’m not sure what the design flaw is. I’m really disappointed because when it’s on, it feels really good with the heat, and the massage, and I do know that the benefits of the red light have been proven to improve the knee but the product won’t work if it doesn’t stay on. I’m going to try it again since I let it charge for a significant amount of time and if it does not work, I will be asking for a return.

Poor cord
Cord broke. Good thing I had something else with same plug.

Can set different levels of heat and intensity.

Quit working.
I liked the product. It made my knees feel much better but after 2 months it quit working. The quality of the product is poor, the performance is good. Not worth the money for once a day use for 60 days.

Easy to use, but …
…I don’t think it’s doing any good. My bone-on-bone knee thus far, is not impressed. It might take a lot longer in my case, but so far, I regret the purchase.
