Arrived quickly and in great condition. At first, I was hesitant to buy it because I was worried about experiencing the screw failure issues that other reviews had said, but I trusted that the customer service of this shop is responsible and chose to order it anyway. I followed the instructions on the video during assembly and the process was easier and smoother than I expected, taking about half an hour to finish. This office chair didn't disappoint, the seat is spacious the cushion is also very comfortable. Base of the chair is stable and won't wobble, I love leaning back and taking a nap. All in all, it's a great office chair and recommended.

I am a big person was really afraid I would end up with an uncomfortable or fragile chair, but I LOVE this chair. It is so cushy, I could sit in it for hours if I needed to. It also looks nice and is good for my tall, heavy self. Assembly was pretty easy. It did take me a little while to do, but the directions were simple enough. The only thing that is hard is getting the back and arms together. It tilts back decently far as well, and it feels sturdy. I would buy this chair again in a heartbeat. A good value for the money.

Arrived on time and everything was included. The chair was easy to put together, but like others say, it really helps to have another person to help you hold things in place. We had it together in about 30 min. As for comfort, it is comfortable and the support is there. my only complaint is as a bigger woman I feel like my butt doesn't match up with the back of the seat. Kind of like I'm sitting on the seam where bottom and top part meet. Doesn't really feel as if this chair was made for bigger people even if it is strong enough to support the weight. It's plenty wide. It will do for now, but I probably wouldn't buy again just because of that one factor.

I am 5’11ish” about 200 pds and very particular about my desk chairs. My particulars are, I like cloth seats, fold away arms for say playing guitar when not using the computer, heavy duty so they last, obviously I want comfort and it to be simple without too many unnecessary features that could go wrong such as massage. This chair meets and exceeds my expectations in all areas. I am very happy with the quality, sturdy construction and comfort. I am surprised at how the back fits me so perfectly. And how high the headrest is. It is all the way up to my head and also positioned perfectly. The mechanics work very well. The recline is not too much. And it was a great value price for the features. I feel like it will last a long time based on what I see out of the box. Even the instructions blew me away. They are simple but effective and the packaging made it so easy to do by myself, quickly and without any frustrations. For me this chair is as close to perfect as it can be.

I love the fabric texture on the chair, seems like very few chair brands stray away from that crappy faux leather that scrapes away within months of use, but the fabric on this chair is durable and comfortable.Assembly was simple enough, had a few stubborn screws but no extra tools required and instructions are clear.I had an issue with my chair making a loud squeaking noise when leaning back and forth, I contacted support and they sent me a new one immediately, it arrived in 3 days. Excellent service.Would very much recommend this chair brand!

I bought 2 office chairs from Amazon, one for home and one for work (that brand is Youhauchair). This is my home option, as it was a bit cheaper and I work from there less, so I figured I’d be okay if the quality was somewhat less than stellar. That was a bad judgment call - I’m somewhat unhappy with this chair. It’s a good size and has decent back support, and a fairly well stuffed seat. I would say the plumpness of the seat is its best quality, followed by the curve of the seat back. It’s got adjustable seat height and tilts back, plus the arms fold up to slide under the desk and save space when not in use. It was easy enough to assemble and the casters are fine.I don’t really love it though, and as some people will understand it is already a struggle to get started on work when you’re at home if your chair or workstation isn’t something to be excited about. For a few dollars more, I should have just bought a second unit of the chair I got for work or something else entirely. I got the beige and I can’t say it’s a pretty addition to my space. The fabric is not really smooth which I disliked although it’s plush enough. Overall a bit underwhelmed.

First, I spend a large majority of my time working at my computer (Avg 12 hrs per day). Over the years, I've had over a dozen "XL" type chairs claiming comfort, support, functionality, adjustability, etc.I've never found a chair with all of the right features and comfort - whether office or home. After the simple setup, I eased into this attractive piece of kit and IMMEDIATELY knew I'd finally found "THE ONE". I really can't speak highly enough about it. It's very attractive, cushy, adjustable, rocks, arm rests are in perfect location, etc. It has to be experienced to be fully appreciated. I use it in my home office but will buy another for my office because it looks quite impressive, too. In fact, it looks far more expensive than it is... So happy with this purchase. This chair sits very comfortably! I was impressed at the amount of cushion in the seat and that backrest. Within minutes of sitting in it for work. I felt less pain than I did in my old chair. The covering is soft and is not sticky like plastic at all it is very much fabric-like for a leather-like product. I only wish the wheels were a little better quality. They are NOT bad, I just wanted to find a chair with rubber wheels so it would be safer on my flooring without a pad. This was still the best option for sitting for hours for work.
