I had weight loss surgery last fall and it was very important that I regularly sip water during my recovery and onward. This water bottle makes it so easy with its programmable alerts of either flashing lights, electronic beeps or both. I loved it so much that I bought a second one to leave at work!It's very easy to program and change the settings and it is surprising how long it goes on a single charge (weeks). I also found it much more economical than other water bottles that do the same thing. When I bought it, I did register by email with the company and they send out emails with addition tips and updates. If you purchase this bottle, you will not regret it!

I love this water bottle, it really helps me stay on track with the amount of water that I am supposed to drink! Customer service is amazing!!!

Mine stopped keeping track since 2pm tje first day I got it. It still doesn't keep track for the rest of the 2nd day, yesterday it stopped @10am and I can't find info anywhere on how to fix it, except if I kept reconnecting it, which isn't helpful.After those last times, it wouldn't keep track but the reminder and such would still go off.It was great, didn't leak or spill. Only sucky thing is it has to be on a flat surface and any movement of it counts as sips and that it didn't keep counting the rest of the day.I am returning it, as it doesn't met my needs or as it was described the functions would work.

I love that it lights up and reminds me to drink water, it holds me accountable. The sound is not loud enough and it tends to leak if you do not tighten it enough.
