Very Well Written & Insightful
This book really hit the nail on the head for me. I've read other books on the topic, and this was the most impactful. I couldn't put it down. It's written and worded so well that reading through it was not only a breeze but also enjoyable. It really helped me level up my mindset and realize a lot of great things about myself. I really like how it has actionable steps towards improving one's self and living a better quality of life. This will definitely be something that continues to help from this point forward. I've already recommended it to several friends.

Put this on your shelf next to "Models."
Most men's self-improvement books have two major problems. First, they offer impractical or surface-level advice that basically amounts to tricking women into handing over their number. Second, they aren't at all well-written.Michael Owen manages to avoid both of those pitfalls. He pulls from the likes of Mark Manson and Robert Glover, while injecting insights from experts like Olivia Fox Cabane. On top of that, he's adding his own learnings to craft a philosophy that feels current, thoughtful, and battle-tested. That's where he delivers on the title; he's guiding you to build a strong foundation, not a toolbox of tricks. That's to say, Owen walks the walk. He's successful in his own career, has been through hell and back in his love life, and has genuine experiences to draw from. He lives in the real world—and that's sadly something you can't say for most authors in this space.

Best book for men, not only for dating but helps with key mindsets to succeed in life in general
book was incredibly insightful and helpful. Thank you so much, words cannot do justice the impact those words will leave on my life forever. No I am not a paid reviewer. I bought the book after finding Michael by chance on instagram, and liked the overall message his page was putting out. This book FAR exceeded my expectations. I have read other books targeted towards helping men with dating/self improvement/attraction, and they were eh, so I honestly didn't have high expectations. But even the first few pages dropped 20+ gemsIt covers and helps you either create or realize your value, giving you the crucial mentality you need to have in dating. But I found the principles spilled over in other aspects of my life as well, such as independence, abundance. This is the advice and all of the little nuances our fathers/society never taught us about women and dating. The book told me so much of what I had been missing, the things no one teaches you, especially about self worth and mentality

I don't usually write reviews but...
I had been following Mr Owens from Reddit for a some time. Finally got around to reading his book. And oh man, does he deliver!I had an innumerable number of aahha moments! He doesn’t just focus on surface level tips and tricks but dives deep into the mindset and internal frames a man needs to develop to realise his true potential. His ability to articulate these thoughts is extraordinary. It penetrates through your conscious and seeps in with deep perspective shifts. It resonates with your inner masculine which knows it to be the truth. The common mistakes, pitfalls, gaps in mindset and other things are so relatable as a man. Successful relationship is just a byproduct of living your life authentically and embracing your masculinity. Some feedback- Things like gender fluidity and red pill and other political/social stuff seems only to be applicable for Western/American society and isn’t as relevant here in the east. While the writing and the book itself is super easy to consume, the vocabulary could have been a little more basic for a non native speaker. I had to look up the meaning of a word once every few pages.I thought I’d highlight stuff that I want to come back to and reread. Ended up highlighting half the book.Honestly surprised why this hasn’t made it big yet. Perhaps a gem waiting to be discovered.Highly recommended to men who’re looking to take ownership and embark on a journey to growth and in turn fulfilment.Mr Micheal Owens is a clear thinker and an effective communicator.Thank you for bringing this work into the world.
