No I usually charge overnight so haven't left it longer than 8 hours

Q: How do you clean the machine ?

I clean it carefully with a damp washing up sponge and a bit of Fairly liquid and then rinse off with a soaked sponge until it's clear of suds and wipe dry. There are detachable parts that can be washed up as normal. More regularly it just needs a wipe with a kitchen towel to get rid of the excess dried cheese.

Q: Can I buy a course grater for this product

not that I know. I only had one grinder with the machine

Q: does it come with a UK plug?

The plug in is UK based. I am in Canada and as a result, I had to buy a voltage converter with a North American plug-in, at a cost of $60.00. This aspect was a nuisance however I can say that the whole unit works very well.
