100 vdc. It is a 50amp not 40. I have 8 100 solar panels on it. The panels are hqst 9bb.

Q: What is error code e11? It's not listed in the manual.....

I have this error right now. I am not sure but what it seems to be is an issue with the connection. Once solar connection had the fuse in the wrong way and the other maybe a bad breaker from my main feed (vehicle alternator). If not that check that your battery has a good charge and it is set to the correct type of battery. Sorry I couldn't give you something concrete, it is at least places to start.
