Fun but challenging puzzle
This puzzle was fun, but definitely a challenge. Printing was nice. Quality of the puzzle pieces was good. No missing or extra pieces. Came with a picture of the finished puzzle which was a big help.

Multiple mssing and duplicate pieces
My puzzle contained 19 duplicate pieces and 23 missing ones. RoseArt claims to have superior customer service, but it is only page allowing you to send a message and wait for a call back in 2 to 3 business days. 30 days have past, so a refund from Amazon is unlikely. It is true that it is challenging puzzle, but that's why I bought it.

Was fun, challenging. Only issue was two missing pieces. Disappointing since I wanted to glue and frame after completion.
