Ive worked with various heat presses for 10 years and this is by far the best one!! The item arrived on schedule, set up was easy and the press itself gives a fab finish! Best feature is the sliding platform on the bottom which enables you to place clothing on more accurately. I would definately recommend

The media could not be loaded.  Very nice product 38x38cm. For early stop just rise the timer switch near arm.

Heat press was delivered well packaged in its box on a wooden pallet. The carton box contains the heat press which was bolted to a wooden base plate surrounded by Styrofoam and a wooden plate on top in the box.The display did not turn on initially though, no signs of life except the on/off switch lighting up (indicating it receives power). Unscrewed the plastic back and quickly found a connector to the controller circuit board had most likely became loose during shipping. On detail photo the right most connector on the circuit board was not seated correctly.Easy fix!The heat press now functions as to be expected, the platen heats up evenly and measured temperatures are almost identical to the indicated temperature in the display. Love the auto-open feature![additional info after using for a couple of weeks]- Buttons tend to be sticky when holding them to fast-forward time/temp (need to press a couple of times to release)- annoying because of sticky buttons: when pre-heating a t-shirt for a couple of seconds, you need to set time to low value (otherwise not able to release sooner then set timer) --. and reset again to higher value to press the t-shirt.

Easy to use, good controller, not the cheapest one but it worth the money.
