Don't know if I'm really getting 200mg per capsule or per serving (2 capsules).update: 3/4/24 Well I seem to keep coming back to these because i really can tell a difference when using these. Without these i was getting some stress attacks and chest pains when exerting myself or getting really mad or stressed out, but noticed when i would start back taking them it stopped. And i also been using nitric oxide test strips to test my NO levels regularly and have found that these really will keep your NO levels optimum all day and thus why you need to take one twice a day 12 hours apart preferably. As almost all NO supplements need to be taken twice a day and really starts being expensive using two servings a day because NO only remain optimum for about 8-12 hours except red spinach being more like 18-20 hours. But these will actually keep your NO levels up all day since each capsule is 200mg for 400mg a day. A lot of the reviews including mine at first questioned the amount in each capsule. But just like their website shows it's 400mgs a day and 200mg per capsule and not per serving. But they did make a mistake on their labeling and took a long time correcting the problem. You can see in my two pics how one order had showed 200mg per serving and then the other one shows 200 per capsule. Guess they decided to run with the wrong label anyway for awhile anyway instead of throwing them out. When they first came out the label was wrong and then other shipments they were wrong so i stopped using them for awhile and when i started back the label was right again. And i have found that i can really tell a difference when i don't use them and i really don't need to take any other NO but i still do as my preworkout powder has L-Citrulline and red spinach in it that gives me a great pump and these Acai capsules seem to let me push a little harder also.

Really good been on this now 4yrs and gives me plenty of energy.

My 3-star review isn't intended to say that this is a bad product, just that these Acai supplements didn't do anything for me that I could really notice. Certainly the described benefits are appealing, and it looks like some other customers are actually feeling positive effects. So as is the case with pretty much all supplements, your mileage may vary on whether these do more for you than they did for me. I can say that the product was well packaged and there was nothing unpleasant about taking the capsules.
