Yes it bends backwards into a flat position

Q: Does the way this case fold also stand well in portrait mode? Like if I want to stand it up to read like the page of a book.

Yes it does, however, the strips on the case tend to wear out and come off. I have lost one. The other two strips are still intact, and they can be replaced with a little hot glue. I have had mine for over a year, and that was the only problem I have seen. I had a similar case on an old Nook tablet that lasted at least 5 years. It also had the same problem with the strips.

Q: What are the dimensions of the part that holds the tablet? I ordered another one and it does not fit my Lenovo p11 second generation
