This was perfect for our little dry wall patches around some outlets

This product is absolutely amazing. After watching several videos on youtube about how to fix gaps around potlights, I saw a couple of folks using this product. It looked so easy - there were pre-drawn places to cut out 4" or 6" potlight holes, or electric receptacles on the patches themselves. After purchasing and the product arriving, I noticed this was absolutely true. I cut out the 6" for the potlight and applied the patch. So simple, and made the job so easy. I didn't have to cut out extra drywall to install a new patch of drywall or anything. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs to correct a little error around their install!

I used these around a ceiling fan box that had a huge hole around it. One thing to note is that the templates are just printed on. I thought they were perforated, or something to make it easier to cut out, but you still need to cut it by hand, and it's really not any easier than just measuring and cutting, although I guess it's faster.

Bought this to cover the hole where we had a can light! I thought i was like a sticker and then plaster over top, but you have to use plaster to stick it to the ceiling... still it was Easy to stick on the wall (with enough spackle underneath) then I spackled around the edges, I let it dry for 2 hours and then did this coat! This is what you see now.. I haven’t sanded it or painted it yet.. Might even do one more coat! but so far so good! Easy for a mom of 4 who doesn’t really know what she’s doing haha

Worked well. Best out there in fixing poorly cut 6" recessed holes.

Adhesion is not really applicable here. You put the mud on the patch, apply and mud/feather. For those not as familiar at doing this they have cutout patterns on each patch so you can fix drywall around outlets and switches neatly and without the hassle. I’ve used a variety of these and I like the material. Can’t sand those metal patches and drywall tape will get frayed. Once you attach and finish it, it's very sturdy and less expensive than the alternatives

I needed to fix four downlight holes in the ceiling that were supposed to be 6-inch but were much bigger. This allowed me to do the job nicely.

Easy to apply. Good thickness that is strong enough to not deform but not be a lot of extra work. The cut out lines were really helpful.
