After being skeptical waiting for the bed to arrive, not only was it delivered early, with the easiest setup, it is beyond a doubt optimal in its category. The massaging points radiate to all areas of my back. Z-G is my fave button.This bed is almost perfect.The massaging motor is very loud, emanating a whirring sound. Maybe it's just this bed. Tried contacting seller. Amazon's AI chat box pops up and takes me everywhere but where I want.To make this model perfect:●quieter motor, +,●heat optionOther than that,wonderbar! Love it!

The media could not be loaded.  First, it’s important to know that this base will be shipped with FedEx so you will have to use the provided tracking number with them.There are many things that are great about this base:-the frame height is adjustable- the massage and movement features are awesome- it supports my 15 inch mattress- the motor is relatively quiet-setup was super easy. Just open the two sides, insert two pins, attach the legs and adjust to your preferred height.I would highly recommend this product.Things to note:- if you order the split king base, it will come with two separate bases- the USB charging ports are mounted to the right side of the base so if you use it as a split king one of the ports will not be useable- I had a part that broke and worked with the seller who provided me with exceptional customer service.

My husband and I love this bed frame. I managed to set it up by myself. I used my old bed frame. So far it works great. The motor is a little load but for the price we are ok with that.

This was so much less expensive than the top brands but has all of the same features. I've only had it a short time but it seems to be sturdy and of good quality. Easy to use remote and massage feature is an added bonus. Great deal!

Issue 1- Bed frame does not extend to the edge of mattress.Issue 2- Beds slide apart and mattresses slide off frame. Had an adjustable queen before so we know what to expect, this set is fine but took modification to make usable as a split king. We used (3) 3’ x 6” x 1/4” pieces of wood to attach the center sections. Price was right but…

This a great company to buy from! We received our adjustable bed-frames on time & we had a model mixup, yet when we reached out to the company, the staff was very helpful & kindly understanding plus they worked to resolve it quickly & fully. We are very pleased with the beds!
