I have been taking this product for several months in the hope it would help my IBS symptoms. The frequent information blurbs on Facebook made it sound wonderful and I had high hopes. I stupidly did not look elsewhere for other reviews. There are none!! My IBS symptoms have substantially worsened, with much more pain than I had before. I hardly seem to be able to eat anything now without incurring pain. In fact today and yesterday I have been unable to eat nothing but dry toast. So, beware! This is not a good product. I just hope the ill effects will wear off in time and it has not damaged me permanently. I have frequent head aches, muscle pain, general illness and incapacity.

This product was recommended to me and i have been happy with the results. I feel my digestive health is helped by probiotics and i'm pleased with this product and its reasonably priced.update: Ive had a reoccurring problem with sugar which at times has left me feeling poorly, indigestion type pain, lethargy, sweats. i still watch my diet but feel i cope with the odd treat better. very happy tummy.

Although pricey compared to other probiotics, these supplements are absolutely excellent if you have any problems with digestion. They are gentle on the system, but terribly effective for all types of minor but irritating problems, such as IBS or general malabsorption issues. Always have them in the house.

I have tried all of their tablets except the one for constipation. As yet not found which one suits me. It may be I have to take them longer or take more of the tablets.
