I was insanely skeptical but happily surprised.
This little thing is wonderful! I have used it for about 10 minutes every night since it arrived and my neck feels so much better! I was totally skeptical after I kept seeing all these tiktok/instagram ads. But it really does feel great. Especially if you're at a desk all day and find yourself carrying tension in your shoulders and neck.I figured: for such a low price, why not try it and see? I'm glad I did. It feels like it's going to be a good addition to my nightly stretching routine.

Doesn't really do anything to help. Pretty stiff and a little painful to lay on.

I don't like that it came dirty. Was shipped the box that it came in. No other box. Not sealed, anyone could open it. Not in plastic. Came with brown spots and streaks on it.

Too hard might cause pain , get softer one
Yeah it's really not the best for neck pain since it's so hard and barley flexible
