I'm really happy with my new remote.my original remote stopped working about ten yrs ago: I have not used my stereo a lot since due to the fact I had to skip tracks I wanted to listen to myself. I have had my technics stereo about 18yrs and it's still like new, brilliant stereo system. I recommend this remote highly and have been playing cd's all day without having to keep getting up to change tracks. I bought a bluetooth speaker which is good quality and have been playing music on spotify but there's no comparison to my stereo system sound. Happy days.

works fine as a replacement, but not sure about build quality, feels a little cheaply made.
