Great chocolate flavor, high protein and high fiber, and zero sugar
This one is tasty! Great chocolate flavor, both high protein and high fiber, which is pretty rare, and zero sugar. Smooth texture, not gritty at all, which is impressive. It thickens a bit, so instructions suggest you drink within half an hour of preparing. I mix with my unsweetened soy milk, add a dash of my favorite sugar free, zero glycemic all natural sweetener, blend with my frother or a few pulses of my magic bullet blender, and it's good to go. Delicious! Sometimes I had a bit of mushroom coffee powder for an iced mocha vibe. It's also a Black owned business which I enjoy supporting. And a superlative product. There are no wheat ingredients used, but they do use oats that are not certified gluten free. I'm gluten sensitive, but I'm not experiencing issues taking it a few times a week, except a little mild congestion. I'm still hoping they go certified GF or, better yet, use purity protocol oats. But if that's not an issue for you, it's a great product! I order the chocolate, but it comes in strawberry and vanilla flavors too. Enjoy!

Great shakes!
I recently tried the Supergut Prebiotic Shake in chocolate flavor, and I'm impressed! The shake is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients. Each serving provided 15 grams of protein and 15 grams of prebiotic fiber, which kept me feeling full for hours. I've noticed that it helps control my cravings, thanks to its formulation that supports GLP-1 activity. Plus, it's keto-friendly and has no added sugar, making it a perfect fit for my dietary needs. I love that I can easily mix it with my smoothies or even use it in baking for an extra nutritional boost. This has become a staple in my pantry, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy meal replacement or snack option!

Tastes awful, extreme gastric distress
I used this for 5 days. Started with one scoop shaken with water and ice. It tasted awful with a nasty sucralose aftertaste. The texture was gritty. My stomach made horrible rumbling noises for 4 hours, and it gave me diarrhea. Tried adding 1 heaping tablespoon of allulose (which I historically tolerate well) along with 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder, both per scoop. I tried using 2 scoops on the fifth day, just to see how it compared to a single scoop. It was super thick and no matter how much I shook it up, there were big slimy lumps of mix that wouldn’t mix in. I just can’t keep choking this stuff down, and the only side benefit I saw was wanting less food. Not worth all the issues mentioned above.

dunno
There's no obvious way to tell if this is actually doing anything — which makes it hard to judge. It might be working behind the scenes, or it might not be doing much at all. Kind of like doing a ritual to prevent something and then not knowing if it ever would’ve happened anyway. No complaints so far, but it's hard to measure success with a product like this.

Fast and help with cravings!
The vegan chocolate has become my morning drink. 12 ounces of water and I find I crave less. I can’t do milk proteins so vegan is my choice with this. It doesn’t taste bad either. If you want it more like a shake add ice and a blender; I’m lazy and grab a shaker bottle and throw it in. I have found it’s better with cold water. Put your 12 ounces of water in your shaker bottle at night and in the fridge; in the morning add your shake and enjoy!

Tasty but texture
I like to mix protein powders into my coffee in the morning. This shake gave my coffee a weird texture and taste. I do feel like it makes me full and taztes better as a smoothie or on its own.
