Ok but not as good as the first

Good script and cast overall

Only One Actor From The Original Film Remains; The Story Line Unfolds; I Wont Spoil It.It Nearly Sucked My Brain Out; Damn!Will Humanity Survive, The Film Is Poorly Made.The Out Takes At The End Show The Cast Having A Laugh On Set.They Probably Enjoyed The Whole Experience More Than The Audience And Got Paid.LOL.

Easy to watch sci-fi film.

I liked this SYYLINE BEYOND film for many reasons but please take note : You REALLY NEED to watch the original SKYLINE film first. It is a MUST SEE if you have watched SKYLINE first. Then, SKYLINE BEYOND will make sense.I liked all sorts about it. Good actors, it grips you from start to finish and there are "twists" when you least expect it.Put it this way....in these days of Covid 19 just watch something that will distract you from all of that.So, don't let kids watch it, (it is gory at times). Sit down, darken your lighting and simply enjoy.

Action packed

This isn't a sequel. The story runs concurrent with the original film but at different locations. The depth of the story isn't as comprehensive as the original with more of a trained fighting force in splinters trying overcome the odds.Fab locations and an upgrade of SPFX for the aliens and some very good sets.Much as the story gives us a hopeful look at a next gen evolution of our own species the film has lost some of it's soul somewhere.Some good acting, intriguing ideas are given some room to be aired and it's a good old romp of them V us.

The original "Skyline" film was ..meh.. O.K, but it really did need a follow up to make any sense. Fortunately the producers have done exactly that and the result is surprisingly good action film that trots along at a pretty rapid pace. Throw in a few actors from the "The Raid", including Indonesian star Iko Uwais, and the Human vs. Alien fight scenes are very entertaining.As long as you don't take the film too seriously you will probably enjoy the film as I did, but a bit too much gore for the for the kids!It Is worth mentioning that you don't need to see the original film as the beginning of Beyond Skyline fills in the necessary detail.
