I have to buy more, my kids won't stop fighting over them
My kids love this stool, even more than the other wobble stool. They said their favorite part was just how far it tilts. I've had to buy more because no one wants to share.

Very sturdy
Just upon opening the boxes these seats seem very well made! I’m taking them to my classroom when school starts. My own kids have tried them. My four year old is a little too short to maintain control of it, but for 8-9 year olds these seem perfect height.

Wobble Stool Has Many Uses, Not Just For Kids
ECR4Kids stools are a bit pricey but keep in mind it's a quality intended for long term use at actual schools in addition to home use. They are made from non-toxic materials and they don't easily heat up or get damaged if you use them in the hot sun, leave them out in the rain, etc. Given that I sometimes want to use a chair outside in 110F+ direct sunlight here in the desert, or in the shower under hot water, I need a very hardy chair that won't melt or develop rust. This is that chair. The plastic is hard, thick, and tough and won't be easy to damage at all. Under responsible use it's something that could probably last your whole lifetime. It's easier to clean/sanitize compared to a upholstered office chair. At the same time, it's lightweight so even a child or elderly person can pick it up and move it to another location. These stools can be suitable for both children and adults. I would recommend the shorter chairs for kindergarten to 3rd grade or very short adults (like 5'2 or shorter). I've shown a comparison between the shorter 15" tall Storage Wobble/Lil' Sprout chair and the taller 18" Twist Wobble. 18" chair can accommodate approximately 4th-grade up to fairly petite adult size people. I would say roughly up to about 5'10" tall and 180 lb maybe. The stools are hard plastic so for extended sitting times you may want to place a small cushion on the seat. However the chair is rounded all over so it's not too uncomfortable. The wobble feature is great for bleeding off excess energy so you can sit for longer. It also helps you build up more core strength over time. And the base twists around easily as well if you need to turn around while sitting. I like to use the stool to focus better on longer reading sessions (without a desk and usually outside) -- but it also can be used as a shower stool that is honestly a lot hardier, weight tolerant, and rust-free compared to the 'official' ones. If you want to use it with a desk for computer work make sure this stool height will line up with it, but 18" is very close to my actual office chair seat height. I really feel like this is a chair that multiple family members could get use out of & over years of different purposes as needs change.

Dangerous
The stool worked well for a while but now anyone that sits in them falls on the ground without much effort. The rubber is not grippy enough. I'm going to try to find a classroom that has carpeting and maybe it would work better in there?

Kids Love It
This chair is magical! It wabbles and spins on the floor with ease. Kids claim that it's fun and it keep them focused on their tasks. So, it definitely serves its purpose. The bottom of the chair is made of the type of rubber with lots of grip. It picks up every dirt and debri on the floor. Yuck. LOL. Also, I strongly recommend that you use this on a smooth and hard floor only. The grippy rubber will grab the carpet fibers. I didn't feel comfortable using it on the carpet at all. If you have to use it on a carpeted floor, you should definitely get a plastic chair mat for the floor. I do not recomment using this chair on a bare carpet floor (hence the 4 start).

game changer
These wobble stools are amazing! I ordered two different heights so my boys could try each and see what worked best. Funny, my younger and shorter son liked the taller one better, and my older son preferred the shorter one! We have been using these at home at the coffee table while watching a movie or they play with toys on the coffee table. Our occupational therapist suggested not allowing our youngest to lounge and slouch into the couch but provide him with backless seating to help build up his core muscles. I personally have used the "ball chair" which is a yoga ball that sits on a chair wheel frame. This slid around a lot and it was hard to reach for things off to the side without falling. I had my older son using that chair for a while but it was more of a distraction than anything. He has ADHD and its hard for him to not wiggle while sitting at a desk. These wobble stools are great for those kids who need a little movement break and also some subconscious awareness of balance in order to stay on the stool. It truly is a wobble stool. The bottom is just slightly rounded so that it will tilt just enough and stop rather than falling over. The top is flat and comfortable to sit on even as an adult. My youngest is 2 and he has no problem getting on the stool himself. After winter breakI am going to send in the stool for my older son to school and see if that helps with his ADHD symptoms as we have seen great success already at home.
