incorrect sizing size down if ur desperate.
product description is incorrect sizing is much larger than displayed in the sizing chart. im a 7 but apparently thats a small now because a medium is extremely ill fitting. to make it worse i really needed this as soon as possible and will have to figure out how to exactly get the right one when amazons returns doesn't allow me to pick a different size of the exact same product.//

Didn’t work for me but it’s made well
Unfortunately for me it was way too tall and I couldn’t wear or walk with it realistically with a tall enough shoe on the other foot. Seems like a sturdy boot though if you can adjust your other leg high enough.

Pump broke
I ordered this for my husband who hurt his ankle. He didn't wear it but twice and said it was too cumbersome, so we put it up. This past month, his ankle was hurting more than normal so we pulled the boot back out. After wearing it for a out 2 weeks, he complained that it was not comfortable and actually was hurting his foot. When we looked at the boot, we noticed that the button to let the air out was broken and no matter how much you pump the boot, it will not hold air. So now we have an expensive, worthless boot that he cannot use.

Order bigger
It said to order a medium for size 7 feet, but my toes reach past the end. Otherwise, great for my heel pain!

Held up on vacation
My husband sprained his ankle a few weeks before our week-long trip to Paris, France. With this boot, he was able to fly on an airplane, there and back, hop up and down the metro/subway steps with the help of crutches, and later a cane (accessing the subway stops is not at all accessibility friendly), and waddle around the pedestrian-friendly city with and without his crutches! This airboot is very easy to put on and remove, and the linings are removable for cleaning. The toe guard was handy for the wet days. The sole is a firm eva foam, but soft on each step. The velcro used in this are the quality and firmly hold the foot in place. We are absolutely happy we bought this product, and recommend it to anyone unclear about whether it's worth purchasing!Thank you so much for a quality product! It's hard to come by something made like this these days.
