Great party game for those who like silliness! :)
Without Fail is simple challenge game that requires a good amount of people to really excel.Essentially, you have 150 challenges, each written down on cards, and you must complete the challenge on this card to earn points. What makes the game more fun and silly and hilarious is that the other people in the room playing with you will have the opportunity to make the challenge written on the card harder. The way this works is that a card will have a 'set-up' on one side. So, it'll maybe tell you to put two cups down on the floor and grab an egg timer. People in the room will know that something involving two cards and an egg timer is about to go down... They will then have chance to change the parameters to make the challenge (which is still unknown) harder. The card may suggest this is done by extending distances or increasing the number of times you must do something. The catch is that still no one knows what you will be doing...So, for example, if the challenge is revealed to be crab walking with the egg timer between your knees, the further your friends pushed the distance the more challenging it will be.The way you score points is for completing the tasks and - as the person not drawing cards - by pushing the challenge up to the highest possible distance/number/etc of completion. The only people who score points is the person who completes the challenge and the person who backs the person to complete the challenge at the highest number (note: that person will sometimes need to join in the challenge). So, overall, it's a really fun game for the right group of people. If you've friends who like a laugh and are happy being a bit silly then this game is chaos - in a good way. If you are a quieter gaming group and the idea of crawling or jumping or spinning or running around doesn't sound like fun then this may not be the game for you.

Organised chaos - a good game for a group wanting to have fun
Without Fail takes together mechanics that I've seen in quite a few other family-oriented board games and turns them into a set of challenges where you essentially compete to encourage friends to fulfil little tabletop physical challenges. You win points if they succeed, lose points if they fail, and are rewarded for pushing them to their limits but not taking it so far that you set impossible goals.Everything you need to play the game is in the box, more or less, with instructions to generally guesstimate anything that's missing, agree to fudge distances for minigames etc, and to make it fun rather than getting out rulers and tape measures. And this is fine, if you're playing with a group of mates who want to have a laugh.I'd argue that if you're playing with someone very competitive, who can't enjoy the taking part but concentrates on the winning, or if you're playing with a neurodiverse group who take rules very literally, this won't be as much fun as you'd want it to be. It really needs players who can take things with a pinch of salt and have a laugh rather than feeling pressured to succeed or who feel it's unfair if things aren't measured perfectly or equally.Great concept, needs the right combination of players.

Good fun for all the family
Good clean fun for all the family. I played with my wife and two kids (7 and 10). My youngest is below the suggested age range, and some of the challenges were a bit hard for her, but she still had loads of fun and actually tied for first place. The way the difficulty modifiers on the challenges work enables kids to compete against the grownups on a level playing field.Everything you need is included in the pack. We had to gather some small objects (about the size of a cat's paw, and not sharp) from around the house, and we also needed about three meters of space at one point. Some of the challenges look identical, or very similar, when you're setting them up, but then turn out completely different - so there's loads of replayability. The playful humour of Exploding Kittens / The Oatmeal shines through in the illustrations and general gameplay. Much fun, would recommend!

Fun creative party game
Exploding Kittens have become a big name in card and table top games. Without Fail is one of their latest offerings and is a game of creative challenges.Inside the box you have two decks of cards totalling 150,a notebook, a pen, 6 cups, a timer, a ball, a set of 3 dice, game tokens and a rule set. The premise of the game is complete challenges. The cards out line the set up of the challenge, and the other players can then bid to modify the challenge with increasing difficulty to join the player. This forms the creative aspect to the game and differentiates it from most challenge based card games. This can be really fun but it is very much dependant of the imagination of the other players.Overall a fun party game.

Great gift
This was a great gift for our nine year old even though it says ten and up her and her group of friends have been busy with having fun with this game.

For The Competition, Bragging Rights, And Meme’ers Alike
The Without Fail board game is a meta game chock full of challenges galore. Trying to one-up fellow competition in a mysterious activity challenge that lies underneath every card. The top of each card has hints of what the challenge may be and introduces a betting/auctioning format where the highest believer pitches in their set goals before knowing what the actual challenge is. Then the challenges start and points are given either to those who can accomplish the challenge, or everyone else.Though there are plenty of cards and challenges (150 in fact), if this gets played very often with the same people then house rules may need to be thought of to keep up the spicy. It is better to not have played this game too often, and also with new players because there is a limited amount of challenge cards and if you go through them enough times you’ll remember what the challenges are just by the hints. Playing with newcomers is great, as you’ll find entertainment in their struggles even as a veteran. There’s many fun, silly, dicey, and creative challenges, even some you may have seen on social media shorts. It can get competitive and the bragging may start to come out depending on the emotions and highs.Overall, this is another fun and entertaining board game from the Exploding Kittens company.
