Conant T16LFB Thermometer - Brass

Bought his for my Dad for Christmas. Upon unwrapping the temperature was way off from room temperature. Should have returned it then but for some reason he thought maybe it would regulate better outside.Come spring time and he tells me nope, doesn't work. Waste of $ on this pos.

Glad to see someone still makes great products out of solid brass. Mine has aged some by now and looks great. Will only get better. GREAT product !!! Easy to read through a window. Love it !!!

Works as advertised.

We get so much use out of this stylish and accurate thermometer! This replaces the one we bought in Vermont many years ago, which while still accurate, became a victim of a recent house painting escapade. It is posted prominently outside our kitchen window and is easily read.

This took the place of a very old thermometer that I had and this one fit right into the old brackets. I wish the red line showed up better from different angles but it seems to be accurate and easy to install.

First thermometer purchased came broken, replacement was quick and easy through Amazon. Replacement works as expected.

I just sent back the second one that arrived broken. I will keep returning until I get a whole one.But, the fit and finish is impressive, with easy to read numbers, and it’s gonna look good outside my windowsomeday.I will give a performance update in the future.2 stars for pitiful packaging on a delicate instrument.Update: Received in excellent condition, displays the correct temp, now just waiting for the giant snowbank next to the house to melt so I can install.Update 5/24/17: 2 yrs outdoors and it still looks good.

Big, beautiful and easy to read - aim it the right way and you don't even need to walk to the window.Nicely done.

I love the large numbers. It makes it so much easier to read.

On my second try with this product. It looks great but the accuracy is questionable. We have it on the outside back door post where we have had another thermometer for 20 years . This one registers 100 degrees when we know the temp. to be in the hight 80's.. It did this as well in the winter in the extreme cold..I'm talking 15 degrees and that is when I bought the second thermometer to get better accuracy but alas with this model it is not what I hoped for.....mm

Quality product with a good warranty.

numbers are big enough, but the red bulb is now wide enough to easily show up at 5' distance. can be difficult to assemble. bill perreault
