Top PerformancePro Formula Pet Liquid Degreaser, 17-Ounce

My dachshund has begun to get a little stinky and greasy as she’s gotten older. She has long hair so when there’s a lot of grease built up it’s pretty noticeable. I tried adding baking soda to the normal shampoo I was using and it never worked. She was still smelly and greasy within a few days of giving her a bath.So I decided to give this shampoo a try and it gets the job done for sure. It smells nice and it’s taken a few weeks for her fur to have a small amount of grease showing back up in it. Before with the normal shampoo it only took a few days for her to be greasy again. But this stuff gets rid of it really well. Also helps a ton with the smell, too! I haven’t once noticed her being stinky since using it. Keep in mind I’ve only used it once and she smells normal again and has stayed like that for weeks. This stuff works for my pup for sure.

My 17 year old cat has recently stopped grooming himself, becoming a greasy, dandruff ridden hairball. He is shorthaired but even brushing him has become difficult because he is so greasy that the brush will not glide through easily. I chose this product because it was not labeled as "citrus smell" (which tends to be repellent to cats) like most of the other degreasing products on Amazon. I bathed him the other day with this product and he is like a whole new cat! His coat is shiny and dandruff free and he smells so good! I was even able to brush him easily after he dried and got a hairball the size of a grapefruit off of him. I can tell he feels better too because he has been strutting around like he owns the place.

My groomer back East used this on my cavachon (Cavalier Spaniel /Bichon). Now I live in Arizona and I was so happy to find this on Amazon. He gets so dirty here with the dust and black cement. This really whitens his coat and he looks so handsome and is so soft afterwards. I get lots of comments!!! Also like their conditioner.

Just received this today When I opened the package the cap was shattered. This must have happened before shipment because the pieces were not in the packaging. A little disappointed.

Pipper is a show dog. His Mother was raised on a vegetarian diet in a Chinese home. I feed him Chicken treats and Grass fed beef for the main meal (by the way, he hates veggies) and it causes his coat to be greasy within a week of his bath. I am really super happy with this shampoo!

As a groomer this is one of my favorite shampoos, I use it on every dog that comes into my shop, as well as my own! It has a nice, not overpowering scent and cleans those dirty, oily coats really really well.

My 16-year old long haired cat gets greasy and spiky along his back. I wash his back with this degreaser and use Burt's Bee's on his other parts, just to be safe. The degreaser makes his fur soft and normal again. I recommend it if this is your problem, too.

Was definitely not the best degreaser I've used. Just a notch above basic shampoo

My cat overproduces thick waxy oil on his tail and it makes him really uncomfortable; the local pet stores only had weird foamy “no wash” shampoos that made it worse. This stuff really does the trick and we are able to just use it once a month for maintenance now!

Great for greasy coats. I put it on before the wash to cut through ultra greasy dogs.
