Q: How can I seal the bag without an impulse sealer?

I use a vacuum sealer, without the vacuum.

Q: Can this bag be autoclaved or put in a pressure cooker?

Yes. I just ran four bags through the pressure cooker this week and they all came out in perfect condition.

Q: Where do i inject i thought i could go through the filter but that doesnt seem like a good idea. Can i tape over my holes?

i would buy some injection ports, tape them onto hte bag, and inject through that, otherwise you'll leave an opening on your bag and that's going to be a source of contamination. I bought 100 filter injection ports on amazon for like 9 bucks, and i just tape them to the exterior of my bags that dont come with their own ports, and inject through that. You'll have a much better success rate, if you leave any kind of opening you can expect that 40% of your bags (or more, depending on your conditions) will contaminate. Never inject directly through the plastic.
