The media could not be loaded. The filters and extra washers that come in are very helpful I have bought two of these now. It works so good many different shower settings is great but the sprayer out the top is a lifesaver when it comes to cleaning out the shower. I love the hose being lightweight but still good quality very easy to assemble and comes with all the accessories you might need. My neighbor has seriously heavy pressure and it has shut off their last two shower heads so I purchased the second one for them and their pressure is more regulated and shower head has stayed on and they love it she's thankful for the sprayer to clean her shower too

The media could not be loaded. I love this shower head. It is exactly what I wanted. The water flow is very nice and gentle yet gives great coverage. The hand held has 3 different settings so you can still get a more forceful flow.I have the shower head set up to send water to both parts so when I am ready to use the hand held it is as east as just turning the dial. I really like the feature that allows you to block the flow from the hand held until you are ready to use it. If not for this feature it would be a pain to keep changing the water flow between main shower head and hand held.Installation was very easy. Everything you need was provided. I had no problem setting it up. I have had this for about a month and am so happy with my purchase. Have not run into any problems as of yet.

This is a great little shower head for the money. Super easy to install although when using tools to tighten the head to the water pipe, the finish came off a little. But it is hidden behind the shower head. The box was missing the extra items, loofah and clips, but I didn't buy this for those items.

If you are looking for a good quality, good price and good looking shower head, this is most definitely recommended! Really the best shower head for the price, and it works magically. I love the pause and the power flow it has. Very easy installation.

I've had this shower head since August 2023. We LOVE the rainfall shower head and detachable shower head wand. We went as far as sending this product link to other households. So, we've had this shower head for LESS THAN TWO YEARS.Last month, the shower head started leaking and spewing water from the main shower head connection. I'm a handy person, so I thought I could fix it up with some plumbers tape at all the threads, but it turns out that the leak is something internal that I cannot reach. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY ARE SELLING PRODUCTS THAT INTERNALLY BREAK DOWN IN LESS THAN TWO YEARS. Also the finish has come off in areas we touch it every so often.

We absolutely love this shower head. The first time my wife used it, I received a text saying that "this shower head is awesome!"So I got in myself and I fell in love with it. We used to have to put almost no cold water to even get hot water, with this shower head, we put both on full blast and the water is still almost way too hot.So in short, the shower head pressure is fantastic and the shower head is doing its job.The rainfall feel amazing on the body and I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about it.The only thing I would change is that you change up the directions a tad bit. This was only my second showerhead I installed so I had no idea I had to tape all threads and in the instructions, it says to install it this way and then proceeds to say, make sure you tape the threads. It's also my fault for not reading the whole step first but still, it will save some people some tike if you switched a few sentences around.But this showerhead is the best and when I need a replacement in the future when we redo the bathroom, ill definitely come back to this company.

The concept of this shower head is great but the long term execution is not.It initially had fantastic water pressure but after a month the water pressure significantly declined. I had to open up the handle and remove the filtration system for it to work again.The shower head itself is great. The idea of it being a filtering product hurts its functionality.
