Do you replace these every 3/5 days with new ones and do you wear them seven days a week throughout the year ?

Hi, we recommend customers to apply the seeds on alternate ears each time. This mean, wear the seeds on one ear for 2-3 days. After that, remove the ear seed stickers. Use a set of fresh ear seeds on another ear (same set of acu-points). Doing so, the ear acupressure points can be rested and respond better to stimulus the next time you apply the seeds on. We also suggest a course of 1 month. Apply on the set of acupressure points relevant to your condition for one month and observe effects. Can you see the seeds or can you see the patch over the top
