Q: My i will robot refuses to come out of low speed. it doesn't matter if it's fully charged or not. why is this and how do i fix it?

I believe this is how it's built. I have notice that the robot goes faster backwards than it does going forwards. However the speeds backwards and forwards are the same on a hard surface. On carpet the forward speed seems to lag the backwards speeds.

Q: How well does this go over bumps? I have a decent size threshold between the two main rooms I'd want to use this in.

You can make it flip and it might get you over a bump. I do that when it gets stuck up against something. I just press the flip button and it frees itself.
