Good tasting and easy to make. But given the cost difference not sure it's that much better than JiffY Corn Muffin Mix.

I love a good sweet cornbread and this one is easy to fix and has a great flavor. Thumbs up.

It was old or something wrong with it. It did not rise and when baked and was about 1 inch thick when cooked. It was like a thick pancake. When in the mixing bowl and when poured into the baking dish it looked like it normally does. I tried all 3 packets and made sure directions were followed exactly. Have used Texas Style cornbread mix for years and never had this problem before.

I used it as a casserole but didn't add the chicken. The recipe is on the package . It's really great with ribs and grilled chicken.

I didn’t realize I was getting 3 small size bag. Lucky I found out about a week later that my dollar tree sells the bigger bag for $1.25. small bag pictures is what you get with this order.

If you don’t like a sweet corn bread, and find the old-fashioned kind too dry and tasteless, this easy mix will suit you fine.
