Accurate and dials in really fast. Would buy again and I do recommend for others.

Wanted to like this because it would be so much easier versus using the paper pH strips but this model (or maybe just the one I received) was not reliable at all. Even the readings were far off what my pH strips showed. I did all the troubleshooting and resetting several times. I ended up sending it back because I needed to get my water right in a timely manner and went back to the paper pH strips.

Hasta el momento vamos bien, llegó la tapa protectora de la sonda suelta, pero la sonda estaba remojada por suerte, ahora iré a la calibración y luego contaré cómo continúa el proceso, utilice bluelab antes y me motive a cambiar a apera por la sonda reemplazable puse 5 estrellas al momento, iré a calibrar a ver qué tal no niego de da algo de susto porque estaba muy acostumbrado a trabajar con bluelab y era muy preciso y rápido pero la sonda sin remplazo me hizo cambiar de marca!! Deséeme suerte! Ya que es un producto con pocas compras y relativamente nuevo el modelo.Actualizando calibre mi medidor de ph y la sonda aparece al 97% de vida siendo un producto nuevo, quedé triste y no sé si regresarlo o será algo normal

I bought an Apera Ph60 over 3 years ago. That thing is still working like the day I got it. But it is 3 years old and I wanted to see what this Grostar line is all about so I got a GS1.I am really impressed with some of the improvements over the Ph60… The most impressive is the speed! This is the thing that really gets me. It’s almost instant. I honestly didn’t think my Ph60 took long but now it feels like forever. I’d say the difference is like an instant read meat thermometer vs the kind that u have to burn your arm with over a grill while u wait for it to stabilize. Ha For real tho, get this just for speed! Not sure Il ever be able to use a slower one again. HaCouple other cool things are a simpler calibration method and an averaging feature where it will take a series of readings and give u an average. Not sure Il use that but pretty cool. 🤷🏼‍♂️Long story short, I’m sure happy that I decided to upgrade! Ph60 still rocks…HH This GS1 just does more!

This product is so hassle free. It just works and reads accurately. Only calibrated initially and not since. I check it with another unit for accuracy and it is very accurate.
