Pretty pissed off
I never write reviews.EVER. For some reason this really pissed me off. Should have taken 10 minutes to put this together. The screws are not long enough to bolt the wheel assembly to the seat. As you can see in the picture I thought it was because of the plastic nipple sticking up. I cut the plastic nipple off and the screws still don't fit through the tray and the wheel assembly bracket. So now I got to go buy longer screws to make this work. This is a joke. The screws are not long enough coming in from the bottom and they're not long enough coming in from the top.

Buy the one from Harbor Freight
Does not hold alot,uncomfortable plastic is flimsy.
