Q: Can the oiler be bypassed when using a paint sprayer? Dont want oil in my paint!

I keep the Oiler clean and spray that way. Add coupla drop oil into tool each time I use it

Q: can the units be swapped so the dryer is on the right and oil on the left and the air supply would come from the right and exit to the left?

No, the air needs to go into the dryer where it is marked "IN" on the left side. Only way you could do it is if you turn the unit around so the backside is facing you.

Q: Anyone noticing a large drop in pressure when using a tool? When set to 90psi, when I activate a tool pressure drops 30psi.

That would vary with tool type and size and your compressor size and tank size.

Q: Is there a precision adjustment for the oiler?

There is an adjustment, but it's not calibrated in any way. You use the sight glass at the top and just set it where you want it. Temperature and viscosity of the oil you use have a great effect on delivery with all of this type of oiler... you will be adjusting this as needed throughout the day.
