These spoons are great for holiday entertaining. They really make a statement. Two things you should consider, however, before you purchase: 1.) Thre spoons are made of lightweight plastic, so your bites of food should be heavy enough to hold them in place, especially if you're traveling. 2.) The widest part of the base of the "bowl" of the spoon measures 1". It tapers upward to 1.5" make sure your food will fit before you buy.

These are nice spoons and seemed sturdy, but they were just too small.
