Bought for my husband (rounded shoulders). He says wearing it makes his lower back feel better but does not correct his posture.

Easy to use

I have a problem with hunching over when I am stressed out or wearing a shirt with a short tail (big belly people problems 😅) this adjuster is slim so I can wear it under my dress shirt or when currently while I'm typing my lesson plans. I am ordering a backup ASAP. It gently adjust your posture which helps keep your back aligned.

I had tried so many other braces for posture and was dissapointed in every one. This one is perfect and I wish I had tried this one first. It's very easy to put on and I can actually feel the results. I use it to correct years of slumping over a computer for work which resulted in horrible posture. This is by far the best and I definitely recommend it to anyone.

Effective for correcting posture but restricts arm movement and hurts the underarms after some time.

I spend all day in front of the computer. I decided to try this to see if it would help me improve my posture. It did. And my constant back problems from bending over my desk are significantly improved. It took about 2 weeks for my back to adjust to the new position. Each day I was a little stronger.

Lifting up on the straps to attach is absurd. As soon as you drop your arms back down after tightening them the brace adjusts and it's useless

40 in chest trying to correct shoulder posture. Device only creates illusion of posture correction, at least for my size/weight. Measured shoulder distance from wall without device. Measured shoulder distance from wall with device. No difference, regardless of many, many adjustments. The stress/pressure gave the illusion of correction, but shoulders were actually in the same position as without using the device. Returned for refund.
