unfair to offer any star but one star is given for the first unit for the looks and equipment which came with it, the unit eventually arrived but had a faulty software installation disk it failed to install programme.returned and waited for a replacement after a month of no word when i could expect the order i ordered an alternative named unit of which to date has found to be good, i had an old Navman for many years with no problems at all so very disappointed with the failure of its relaunched replacement.
