Works just like the original

Bought this remote to replace our old original remote that I accidentally tossed in the washing machine. As soon as I received this one, it works on my TV and does everything it needs to do. If you need a new remote, this one will work.

No matter what I do the microphone button refuses to work. Now I have to take my time to return this piece of crap. Not happy

The media could not be loaded. Easy to use but the voice button still doesn’t work. It looks exactly like the original one but it’s just the same :/

Replaced original remote. I'm reviewing the *second* one of this brand. The first mic didn't work.This remote worked immediately for my Bravia. All buttons except the mic. I contacted support twice (via the post-a-question option). They are responsive. But the advice was only partially helpful. The key was to link the device (not the mic button and down volume, instructed, or restarting the TV, or other troubleshooting recommendations found in the "robotic" video 😅). I went into TV settings. And activated the device in the Bluetooth option. While my TV searched, I pressed the mic button. Bravia found it and they paired. Voice permission needed.I hope that helps those whose mic doesn't work.The remote has a nice feel. Buttons not stiff. Some soft-rubbery like original. A delay in responsiveness. Acceptable though.Good value for the product.
