Day one destroyed me if you don’t intake in fiber regularly don’t drink this I am still sick from day 1 stomach cramps fever diarrhea nauseous headache I was bed ridden for 4 days all from too much fiber intake the drinks has a weird taste and weird texture was not worth it as it sits the drink separates just be carful when buying stuff with no fda approval this I just my story it may work for you

They came VERY FAST!They are frozen solid , which is nice cuz you can keep the others frozen as needed. It seems user friendly. I would recommend buying potatoes , chicken and veggies ahead of time as you can have those and fresh fruit. I will update as this goes on!

This product was just what I wanted. It’s only 7 days and tastes delicious. You have to be motivated to follow to lose weight but the value for the money is good
