Unfortunately, I couldn't have been more wrong.The fan stopped working in April 2025—well within the 2-year warranty. I raised a complaint, and a technician visited my home on 9th April and took the faulty PCB for repair or replacement. Since then, I’ve heard nothing back. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, neither the technician nor the company has resolved the issue.Worse, when I reached out to the dealer (ARHAM Enterprises), I was told they wouldn’t help because I purchased the fan online. Is this how Crompton treats its online customers?It's been over a month, and I’m left with a non-functional fan, broken promises, and zero accountability from the company.I’ve attached a video showing the product when it stopped working—see for yourself.If you value peace of mind and reliable support, avoid this fan—and frankly, Crompton—as a brand.

Oct 24: 1 fan making noise. Informed Crompton service site. They sent a mechanic, replaced 2 inner bearings. Bearings fitted by OEM & replaced ones, both are of poor quality, secondary brand. A day after replacement the new bearings also started giving noise. Rating reduced from 5 to 3*.Jan24: Fans look great. Quality is good. Price was least among renown brand bldc fans. We bought 2 fans to replace old type in the house. When remote of any one bedroom is operated, it used to change fan operations in both the rooms. Upon registering the issue, Crompton local technicians came us quickly, solved it immediately and also explained how to do that. Overall good experience. You may buy it without any hesitation.

The BLDC tech is smooth and silent too.At first, it wobbled (my first time installing a fan), but I figured out that installing the motor first, then the blades, made it perfectly stable.Tip: Mount the motor first, then attach the blades — it lines up better that way.
