Perfect fit and easy access
Great case! Would definitely buy again.

Well built
This case is built like a tank. Perfect fit and seems very well made.Takes about 5 minutes from unboxing to final screw. The fan is pretty quiet and have not had any issues with it since I got this about a month ago. Had a plastic one prior to this which wasn't the best protection. I have this mounted on the underside of the desk to keep things out of the way and it's been banged a few times with no issues.

Nice basic case BUT...
This is a nice basic case to house the Orange Pi 5 PLUS. Heatsinks for components on the top of the board, SOC, RAM and PMU are included as is a fan BUT... if you want to use an NVMe drive, there is not enough room to use any size heatsink on the drive. Sad omission in the design of an otherwise nice little case.

Sturdy and well made, but with noticeable flaws
I would've given this 5-stars when I initially set it up. After several months though, it's flaws are increasingly noticeable as I've been tinkering.First, on the good side, it is made of strong metal and adequately fits the OrangePi with access holes for all of it's ports -- including a few that are not obvious. It includes heatsinks and a fan and looks good when fully assembled. It is a good kit for the money, but far from perfect.Flaw 1: The fan. This fan is noisy, and after a while I've found it gets more so if the board is bumped. I've confirmed that nothing is even remotely interfering with the fan, and can conclude only that the bearing must be loose or damaged. More importantly, however, the OrangePi has a dedicated 2-pin JST PWM fan connector so it makes no sense that a case targeted for this board doesn't use a compatible connector. I'm searching for an upgraded fan to replace it with.Flaw 2: Wifi Module antenna. If you install the official Wifi module antenna, there is no good way to neatly route the antennas out of the case without getting in the way of something, or making it difficult to close the case. Even worse, since this is a metal case, it interfers with the signal if you don't pull the antennas out and arrange them in a suitable manner. NOTE: I have not tested BT connectivity through this case yet.Flaw 3: The tolerances on the case aren't quite right and it takes some effort to fit together. The top cover for example noticeably flexes and needs some force to close and secure it neatly. It works and this wasn't an overly expensive case that I'd expect high quality, but is another area for improvement.

Love this case
I have been using this case for about a month. I'm very happy with it. Pro tip: If you don't like hearing the fan, you can make it run slower (which is pretty much silent) by attaching the positive (red) wire on the fan to pin #1 on the 40-pin connector instead of the way the instructions recommend. That feeds the fan 3.3 volts instead of 5 volts. Leave the black wire attached to the recommended ground pin in the instructions.I would definitely buy this again as it works great with my Orange Pi 5 Plus and keeps the temps between 33C and 40C.

Not correct
The description says this is for an OrangePi 5 Plus. It isn't. It must be for something else because the board doesn't fit.

Fan can be made quieter by connecting it to 3.3v instead of 5v
The case is great and keeps my Orange Pi 5 Plus running super cool. Installation only took around ten minutes. The fan is quite loud and buzzy if you hook it up to the 5v GPIO header, but it's almost silent if you use the 3.3v header instead.
