I’m happy that I picked this supplement to help me with several of my issues: Weight loss, Mood Improvement and it can also help you to feel better as well. With this being said I have tried other Saffron supplements and they didn’t seem to work as well as this one so I came back to this one. I take one capsule before breakfast and wait 30 minutes before eating and I tell you my appetite has really changed! Yes!! It’s an appetite suppressant you all!!! I can’t eat the way I used to and that makes me VERY happy . I’m not claiming that it’s going to work for everyone but please give it a try and see how it works for you. It’s very effective and the value for your money isn’t bad either.

Cant wait to try this. I read reviews and saw it does good so i decided to try.The instructions are understandableIts an antioxidant which are good go the body.I like the fact it's good for mood support especially love the fact good for memory support and like the fact it's good for fat loss.

I absolutely love this Saffron Extract supplement. Unlike other supplements the capsules are not huge, they are a normal pill size, and there is no strong or funny odor. I usually get nauseous with supplements and vitamins but I can gladly say this does not have that effect on me. I could quickly tell that it was working and I'm very pleased with this product. I will be purchasing again and I would recommend it to friends and family.

I was disappointed that this product didn't live up to the claims. I took as directed and didn't notice any changes in my mood or on the scale. I didn't lose an inche! Save your money!

So far so good! They are fairly large sized and do have a dusty taste as you take them but no lingering taste. Only been taking them for a few days and haven’t noticed any changes yet, will come back in a month for an updated review.

i was extremely skeptical about these because i had tried literally everything for weight loss (i’m 5’7, 30 y.o, was 167lbs), and nothing worked. i decided to try these after reading reviews because one of my main issues was intense food cravings. i’ve been taking them for about 3 weeks to a month now and i only crave two full meals a day instead of three, and i completely stopped snacking which was previously ruling my life. i’m spending a lot less money on food and eating smaller portions and i feel perfectly satiated. i have little cravings but not overwhelming ones that would derail my day like before. i take them exactly as directed, one in the morning about an hour before breakfast and one in the late afternoon about an hour before dinner. i just weighed myself and i’m 159.5lb! i haven’t been close to this weight in years. i also told my registered dietician that i’m taking them and she said she doesn’t see an issue with them and if they’re working and causing no side effects they’re fine in her book.

I haven't used it as often as I should to maintain the libido but I will say when I keep it up for over a week I can see a difference in not just my libido but also my skin, (sometimes my hair) and how much energy I feel about working out!
