Ordered new. Received product with loose, missing, and broken chips. Returned for a replacement, got another one with loose and missing chips. The chip packages have clearly been opened and that would be fine if they weren't missing. The chips also are ugly-- like they have weird molding markings on them or something. Also would have been fine if the product came complete 1 of the 2 times.

Received the carousel and cards, but many of the poker chips were missing. Returning.

First of all, I love wood stuff as much as the next guy, but this thing is not wood. It’s all plastic even though it says it’s wood in the description. You can see every plastic mold on everything that comes in this disaster. All the chips look like they were dragged individually on the road for a few miles. They are extremely lightweight and unappealing to look at. The little suit designs on half of them are scuffed up and smudged so i can’t even tell what suit it’s supposed to be. The “wood” (plastic) carousel is so ugly and annoying. You can see where it hadn’t been smoothed out. The chips are so hard to fit into the stupid slots, if you try dropping the cheap, small, light, and ugly chips slowly down it, they will all get messed up and you have to try again. It’s not worth nearly 35 dollars. I would pay maybe about 10 for it at a dollar store. And that’s being generous. I also had the same issue everyone else had where it came all jacked up and pieces here and there. It looked like my package had been through a hurricane. The only thing about this that he slightly OKAY are the cards. They barely fit into the slots and don’t even look good, but at least they kinda tried with them. Just use normal Bycicle playing cards. Overall, i’m feeling a light 2 out of 10. The idea is there, but the execution is embarrassingly bad. I mean you can still play poker with it, it won’t be very fun, and your friends and family are just gonna look at you, embarrassed for you and probably offer to bring their own set next time you guys meet up. And that’s if they don’t disown themself from your family or stop being friends with you. If you accidentally buy it, don’t bring this to the function, only use it if everyone is desperate to play poker. That’s all, don’t buy it.
