I took 2 pills the first and second nights. I slept much better. Unfortunately today I am super tired so will cut down to one.I am impressed as I have tried a lot of different sleep aids. My tiredness today is not like melatonin grogginess so that is good.

I bought this to help sleep. It does help a tiny bit but I won't repurchase because I have other sleep supplements that help more.

I had ordered a different brand of Apigenin and then tried this one. This one does absolutely nothing. Does not help with sleep is not calming. Does none of the things Apigenin can do.

It greatly improved the quality of my sleep I was able to go to sleep easier and actually stay asleep through the night, prior to taking it I would wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble falling back asleep if I did at all. I haven't had that problem since I started taking it. I love the product for what it did for my sleep. .

Ok so I been taking these pills for the last 2 weeks and when I say they are amazing, its an under statement. I sleep 10x better, I feel more peaceful, I'm not as ticked off at the world about stuff I cant truly control. Over all I'm very happy with this product.

I really felt like a weight was lifted I am not sure why but this was different I am not sure how to feel about that. Besides that effect this product helps your skin look smooth and feels very soft. That’s what I liked most. I do have problems sleeping at night though says helps with sleep I am not sure if it was this product or somthing else but less agitated which could be helpful.

I have tried it, and this stuff works.I came across the Bravado Labs Premium Apigenin Supplement, and I am happy that I did. The quality of my sleep has changed for the good. It is impressive in its effectiveness of relaxation. I feel that I am actually sleeping through the night without waking or restlessness. I wake up in the morning with no "Drag" from the night that other products leave me with. This will continue to be a part of my nightly routine. I am actually waking up with the energy to get the day started. I take it about 1 hour before bed and it helps me doze out and sleep through the night.

The media could not be loaded. Bought it on a whim hoping it would help me sleep better. It does but it gave me 1 weird side effect after taking, gave me the runs 😂 it wasn't horrible. Personally I'd say it was worth it. I slept well and felt well rested when i woke up. Also felt like i had more energy
