Q: What are the trays made of? Hard plastic or silicon rubber?

Hard plastic. When you try to pop them out, the tray doesn't bend like you expect.

Q: Is this item dishwasher safe?

I haven’t put them in the dishwasher, but I wouldn’t put them on the bottom rack if you do

Q: I have a silicone mold, too difficult to release, how is this done?

I push the edges apart at each corner to release it. It’s not super easy, but with a little patience it comes apart. I then twist it as you do with most all ice trays, and then I use a chop stick to push through the holes to get any remaining ice out.

Q: How to fill up the ice cube tray with water through the little holes？

The little holes are for used for getting the excess water out. You open the lid, fill it up (takes about 8.5 - 9 ounces of water each (a 16.9 ounce bottle of water fills two trays) and put the lid back on. It makes perfect little round ice cubes.
