This works great on papers for studying, books, and general tabbing. The colors are cute but I wish that they clumped the same colors together on the same book tab. When I run out of a certain color for bookmarking, I have to rummage through all the other book tabs to look for the same color which can be a little frustrating. There is overall a good variety of colors given and the different shades are nice. One thing to be careful of is when reapplying a tab (taking it off and putting it somewhere else if you put it down by mistake) on paperback books, it might take a bit of the paperback book materials with it.... I find myself sticking it on my finger for it to be less sticky just in case I need to move the tab.
