I had to contact the seller and he was very helpful, great customer service. The product was pretty, solid, and good quality. I wish there were more colors, but I am sure that because of the customer care and excellent product, they will continue to grow.

I purchased two of these fir mst of all the instructions are crazy, the little pictures are so tiny and show very little detail about what your putting together.I got them both assembled, loaded the dogs in went to bed at 3:00 am my 24lb puppy broke the rods that work as the bars, yep pressboard did not hold them in at all. Made it work for the night.Got up next morning put bar back in with wood glue, not enough of the wood part was left to put anything else in to secure it.the second night my other dog broke out, but he just pushed on the doors and they slide right over the stopper/guides for the door. Had to get up in the middle of the night and gerry rig his for the night.get up the next morning and release the pins were sheared off or gouged that they didn't stay in the track groove of the door.I then just made sure to bungee cord his doors close every night.worked out good for about a week, then they each pushed a different bar out.I'm done these are so cheaply made that I doubt they could hold any type of pet even a tortoise.I didn't want the hassle of taking them down and sending them back, and I FOR SURE DON'T WANT ANOTHER ONE! these are large kennels and I thought they would be good for my two dogs, my rottie puppy who weighed about 25lbs and Dingo who weighs about 60lbs. I would run from these I would NOT have purchased them if I knew the assembly would take hours and hours only for one, and the second one didn't go much faster as it was missing some parts. Now I have huge blocks of metal and fake wood in my living room I'll need to hire someone just to take them out. DO NOT PURCHASE

Great size, nice function, easy to build but overall a very flimsy product I would never spend the amount I did on it again.

The divider is not stable and your pet will easily eat the black pieces to hold it in place.Also, there is not enough room for your pet to enter when the divider is installed. We just left it out and removed the small rubber pieces to hold it in place.The doors also have to be slammed to get open and closed.

This crate has exceeded my expectations in that it’s solid, attractive, and I had no difficulty following the visual assembly instructions. It’s perfect for my needs.

After assembly the product looks and work as intended. It has enough room for my puppy. After figuring out how to start the assembly (because the instructions are only picture, no words.) it didn’t take long to put together. That’s cool, but I am livid about the quality. There were so many chips, dents and dings in the pieces it’s ridiculous! I know all of these damaged parts didn’t come from shipping and they still packaged and sold it. They even have their logo on the front UPSIDE DOWN! I thought it was me at first and tried to flip it around but, no! This is how it goes. Quality control is nonexistent. If it wasn’t for all of the damaged pieces that are on the top and outside and very visible this would have been a good product.

After spending months shopping for the ideal piece, I thought I found it. Looked up awesome when i unpackaged it. I followed the instructions all the way to step 3. At this point you are supposed to screw from the bottom up 8 screws (how is that possible) into the 5 flimsy pieces you just assembled. The bottom piece is a ton heavier and after attempting to place 1 screw entire piece fell part and shattered. Flimsy material and horrible instructions. I am now having to throw away the entire piece. So disappointing. Out a couple hundred and time spent. Back to square one.

We’re very happy with this dog crate. It’s a sturdy piece of furniture. The instructions were kinda lame, pictures only, no words for description. I had to do a couple things out of order so I didn’t have to flip the thing over multiple times. But it’s a great size for our little guy and looks wonderful in my living room.
