Pefect for bed leveling
The E-leveler is a must have for older printers. It's super easy to use and gives great results in a fraction of the time. It is well build and is definitely made to last. The only thing is found wrong with it is its a little hard to see the little target you are supposed to use to line up the nozzle. Other than that it's a very handy tool to have for a pefect z-offset and level bed.

Best 3D Printing Accessory I Have Ever Purchased!
Wow this is a game changer! I was ripping my hair out trying to level my printer (Elegoo Neptune 4) using the paper method with little success. Mine just seems to be particularly finicky. Now it is printing like a dream. A must have for any 3D printer! One thing to note is that I did have to edit my Z-offest to get a perfect print, that might just be my printer but if you use the leveler once or twice and are still not getting the result you want, check the Z-Axis, it may need to be adjusted.

Paper works just fine, but this takes out the guess work
So the way you are supposed to set your Z offset with this is by lowering the nozzle in 0.01mm increments until the light comes on, then raising by 0.01 so the light turns off. Then you take the value that your Z is at, and subtract 5.7mm (the apparent width of the leveler) from that to get your Z-offset.Following the above procedure always gets me a bit too close to the bed by about 0.150mm. Once I figured that out though, this tool gets me perfect z-offsets every time. While I have used paper in the past, and it works fine - I find this leveler to be more consistent than trying to feel for just the right amount of drag on the paper. I would definitely recommend this for someone new to 3d printing.

Works Great
Ender 3 v2 Neo. Now i know i have cr touch to help but this just dialed in this just right. So wow, Just wow. That was easy, took a min to get the hang of positioning it. I went around about 4-5 times just to make sure i was tweaked in just right. Running the square test and its about done and looks great

Solid Idea, But Fell Flat for Me Without Support
I was really hopeful this would solve my Ender 3 V3 SE bed leveling issues. The tool is well-built, easy to use, and the labeled turn directions are a nice touch. But despite following CHEP’s video and trying multiple configurations, spacers, and shims, I couldn’t get consistent or improved results. In fact, my bed mesh was worse after using it.I reached out to support, and after a few days was told my request would be forwarded to CHEP himself. That was the last I heard. No follow-up, no help—just a $30 tool now sitting unused in a drawer. To be fair, the product seems to work for many people, and it might still be user error on my end. But without proper support to troubleshoot, I couldn’t get the value I expected. If it works out of the box for you, great. If not… good luck.

It really works!
The media could not be loaded. If you have a 3D printer that doesn't have auto bed leveling... Or if you just want to fine tune the one you have, this is the perfect thing. I absolutely hate the guessing game of the "paper" leveling method on my printers. It takes several passes and is never truly accurate. This little device took the guess work out of it, was accurate and fast. I went around twice and it leveled to perfection. The print test came out perfect. I'm a big big fan of this little device. I will always have one on hand from now on.

Don't bother.
Elegoo Neptune 4 pro. One of my corners had gotten a little too much out of level for my liking after months of printing. I decided why not give this a try? I modified the gcode to pause in each corner for 180 seconds. I tried several times to get the e-leveler to work, but it's extremely difficult to see and get the nozzle under the correct spot on it. And then even by just gently holding the e-leveler in place with one finger, the light will flicker, not giving you a clear on/off indication. In the end it was just quicker, easier, and more accurate to use a piece of paper to do the manual level. The paper method gave my automatic levelling much better results than the e-leveler did.
