Perfect Sugar Substitute for Baking and Coffee
I’ve been using Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener as a sugar alternative for months now, and it never disappoints. It dissolves easily in coffee and tea and works beautifully in baked goods. I love that it doesn’t have the bitter aftertaste that some other sweeteners do. Plus, it’s keto-friendly and doesn’t spike my blood sugar. Highly recommended for anyone looking to cut sugar without sacrificing taste!

Best compromise if you can’t have sugar
This is one of my favorite sugar alternatives. I use it to manage my diabetes and still have sweet foods. I like the flavor—it’s better than plain erithritol. It’s not overly sweet either and measures much like sugar. It bakes well. All low carb adapted recipes are going to be different if you omit flour and sugar but with this sweetener I don’t feel deprived.

This is THE BEST!
I’ve been buying this sweetener for two years. It is the closest in taste and texture to real sugar that I have found. There is no aftertaste. It is not too sweet. It doesn’t have any unpleasant side effects. It measures, dissolves, and bakes just like real sugar. I use it exactly as you would use sugar. I have at one time or another tried every sugar substitute there is and this is THE BEST.

Good Sweetener, But Needs a Bit of Tweaking
I've been on a sugar-free journey for a while now, and I've tried a lot of different sweeteners. This Monk Fruit Sweetener definitely stands out as a solid contender, earning it a respectable 4 stars. The biggest plus? It's undeniably sweet enough! Finally, a sugar substitute that doesn't leave me feeling like I'm missing out on the full flavor. It really does measure cup-for-cup like sugar, which makes baking and cooking a breeze. I've used it in cookies, coffee, and even homemade ice cream. However, the taste isn't quite perfect. Like many reviewers have pointed out, there's a slight aftertaste that's a little… different. It's not overwhelmingly bitter like some other sweeteners, but it's definitely noticeable, especially when used in larger quantities. I've found that blending it with other ingredients, like vanilla extract or cinnamon, helps to mask this a bit.Overall, it is a good option for those looking to reduce their sugar intake. It's convenient, usable, and provides a good level of sweetness. With a little experimentation and adjustments to your recipes, you can minimize the slightly off-putting aftertaste and enjoy the benefits of a sugar-free alternative. I'll definitely continue using it, but I'm hoping they can tweak the formula to improve the overall flavor profile.

Monk Fruit
This is the prefect sweetener without the sugar. I have hypoglycemia and have to monitor my sugar intake. This has the same taste as sugar! I don’t feel deprived for something sweet.

convenient and tasty
this replacement sugar is very close to the real thing,i’ve also got the brown sugar replacement and it was good too. I use it in my coffee or actually my cook cow so it makes the cacao less bitter and makes it palatable
