These probiotics gave me diarrhea, but it wasn't completely unwelcome, as I usually suffer from the opposite problem. At least I know they are doing something! So far, they do seem to help "move" stuff through the intestines, although I haven't personally seen an improvement yet in bloating or weight or even gas. I also had some floating stool but it seemed to be a temporary adjustment. Fortunately, I did not experience any headaches or breakouts, unlike the last probiotic brand I tried.The pills are very easy to swallow. I like that these don't need to be refrigerated, although I put mine in my refrigerator anyway (old habits die hard!). The instructions say to take one pill in the morning and one in the evening. I've had terrible problems in the past from taking TOO MUCH probiotic at once, so I'm only taking one pill in the morning on an empty stomach. Too many probiotics typically worsen your condition and can cause weight gain and all sort of other issues.If you take two pills a day, this bottle only lasts 30 days, which isn't a very good value at the current sale price of $15. I think it would be more cost effective for the manufacturer to provide twice as many pills in the bottle, since they are tiny and most of the plastic bottle is empty.

The most I could find in the online description is that it is made from fibrous plants material. That could mean all sorts of things. But the actual material is not specified.Listed under prebiotics are: IMO, FOS, xos, GOS, Inulin.IMO is Isomaltooligosaccharide.FOS is fructooligosaccharides.Xos is xylooligosaccharides.GOS is galacto-oligosaccharides.The lack of explanation of the capsule makeup is the only reason I gave it less than five stars. Transparency is high priority for me.There is an outer seal and an inner seal on the lid as well as a child proof cap. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.

This is my fifth or sixth reorder and I intend to continue. It did take 60-90 days before I began noticing results. Honestly, nearly did not reorder after second month, because felt no differently. Fortunately, I read an article saying it can take as long as 6-12 months to notice results in some cases. The more out of balance you are the longer it will take, but Don't Give Up. It really does work!!!And as hard as this may be to believe... (I don't believe it myself) My completely white hair is beginning to revert to my natural dark color. I'm now salt & pepper.
