This hoop takes 3 x AAA batteries and is made with 5/8" hdpe tubing. The clasp is an internal clasp with snap button lock. Closed to turn on, open to turn off. Locking hole for off position holds the hoop when not in use. Counterweight installed on the opposite side of the battery to balance the motion. The counterweight smooths out the spin of the hoop by matching the weight of the battery/clasp on one side. Rainbow LED options are "Blinky" which flashes and pulsates rapidly between colors, "Slowfade" transitions smoothly between colors every 2 seconds, "strobe" creates a dotted tracer pattern while in motion, "solid" stays one solid color that is lit at a constant rate.
