Transformers: Rise of the Beasts [4K UHD]

Another Amazing Transformers movie! Great for adults and kids. Definitely worth a rental or to buy to add to your collection.

Entertaining.

I am a big Transformer fan, ever since I was a child and I've watched the cartoon and all the live action movies. When I heard this was out, I wanted to watch it so bad. But I have a 12 month old son I barely have time to watch movies in theater. So I rented it from Amazon. But I also have Paramount plus, which I could watch for free, so I kind of felt cheated. But that's my fault. Back to the review of the movie, I enjoyed it.The new transformers and the beasts in the move were cool to watch. It was awesome seeing the cartoon version in the live action. Great action scenes, good acting, good pacing, good story. Kept me entertained throughout the movie. There's a cool post credit scene at the end. SPOILERSSPOILERSSPOILERSSPOILERSGI JOE!!

While the critics panned this one. I found it to be very enjoyable. Now... you will like it more if you (like me) are familiar with the old mid-1980's-early 2000's cartoons and comic books. I liked this installment because of the addition of the beasts. It gave it a more interesting flavor rather than seeing all trucks, cars, motorcycles, planes, helicopters (or anything else with a motor and wheels) transform. There was a "historical element" to this movie that made it more interesting than just a bad guy/thing from another planet/universe out to destroy humans and earth. This one to me, is a good "movie night" flick. Not to be taken tooo seriously but to be thoroughly enjoyed. So for those nit-picky folks who tried to take each section of the movie apart and make some sense out of every aspect of the movie... just Chill and Enjoy a good ride!

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts had some cool moments, but overall, it didn't quite live up to the excitement of the previous Transformers films.One of the biggest issues I had with it was the pacing—it felt way too slow at times. There were long stretches where the action took a backseat to exposition, and it made the movie feel like it dragged on. While I understand they wanted to build the story and the world, it didn’t have the same fast-paced, thrilling energy that made other Transformers movies so captivating.The characters, both human and Transformer, didn’t feel as engaging as in past films. I had a hard time connecting with them, and the plot didn’t keep me on the edge of my seat like I was hoping. The action sequences were decent, but they didn’t have the same intensity or excitement as the epic battles in earlier installments.It’s not a bad movie, but it’s definitely not as gripping as the others in the franchise. If you're a big Transformers fan, you’ll probably still enjoy it, but I was hoping for more high-energy action and a more captivating storyline.
