Great for budget streaming and recording
For the price, this is a great item. Most other capture cards at this price range require a driver. This thing is driverless, which is a huge plus. I use this to stream presentations to YouTube live. I've tested this on both a newer Macbook pro and a mac mini with OBS. Works great on both. You can use it over USB 2.0, but the quality is not as good, but it still works if you don't have any other option. The quality of the video capture is not super awesome, but it's good. You can get better cards that will give better quality capture, but they're more expensive. If you're on a budget, this will serve you well.

The video quality is mediocre and the audio quality is strangely distorted. It's decent for 100 dollars but if you are looking for quality go with another product.

I bought this to stream my mini Super Nintendo for Twitch.Pros:- It does function for streamingCons:- No support I could find online- Issue with sound. It sounds like the sound is slowed downAs such, I don't recommend this capture card.

Good Cheap Capture Card
The media could not be loaded. I bought this device to record some gameplay on my Nintendo Switch.Using OBS I was unable to get 60 fps, it only records 30 fps at 1080 so is the description is misleading. The image kind of looks washed out, I'll try to see if this can be fixed.Initially it didn't record audio but after adjusting settings on OBS It worked just well.- I bought the device with a discount, so it cost me like $50, for that price is a great device.- I think is a good device if you can't afford something like an elgato- I'll keep using this device and updating my findings.Regards

Disappointed In This Capture Card
LinkStable HD Game Capture Card 1080P 60FPS Live Streaming Game Recorder Device for PS4, Xbox, Wii U Gameplayer, USB 3.0 to HDMI Video Audio Converter It shows up in OBS good enough, but the picture quality is poor, and the sound does not show up no matter what settings I try. It may be worth it for some, but I had a very bad experience with this device.
